Ever since it opened in Greenbelt 5 Mall in Makati City, Philippines, I have frequented it enough to be considered a regular customer. However, I have yet to have a taste of everything on the menu, since I pretty much order the same food over and over again. Why you may ask? It's probably just my personality. When I like a particular food or recipe, it's pretty much a done deal. So here let me present to you all my "USUAL" at Bulgogi Brothers:
Hameul Pajeon (Seafood Pancake)
- Consists of flour, eggs, shallot tops, oysters, squid, shrimp, mussels, red pepper and white onions
Chicken Bibimbap
- Chicken breasts, carrots, cucumber, spinach, sushi rice, chili bean paste (kochujang), eggs, white scallions, garlic, sesame seeds.
My Favorite: Bulgogi Brothers Special, which is a combination of "Unyang" Style Bulgogi and "Gwangyang" Style Bulgogi. Basically, Unyang Style are the heart shaped looking beef patties. They are cooked in a pan with no oil. Once it gets cooked it leaks out its own oil, which is then used to cook the Gwangyang Style Bulgogi (Beef Strips). Together these two variations make up for a wonderful and unforgettable meal. Until next time, all I can say is "Mashita!" (Delicious in Korean).
